What Is Your Turnaround Time?
Our turnaround times are usually 3-5 business days (upon receipt of final artwork approval, excluding shipping, if any). Depending on quantity of order and complexity of the file, we can arranged for you sooner for small print and with artwork ready to go.

In What Format Should I Submit My Artwork?
Files are best submitted as Adobe Illustrator with text converted to outline. AI, EPS, PDF, TIFF and Vector are common formats.

What If I Don't Have An Artwork?
We can assist you with your artwork needs. Whether you need file conversion or artwork reproduction, or create new artwork based on your ideas or sketches, we can put it together and make it press ready.

How Do I Submit My Artwork?
You can send us your artwork via email, info@cnaproduction.com, if it's less than 10MB. Or you can upload it to our ftp site. Please email us for our ftp info.

What Payment Terms Are Available?
We accept Cash, Check. We do ask a 50% deposit for all print jobs. The remaining balance will be invoiced.

How Do I Order The Garments?
If you would like to order T-shirts and Apparel, please follow the instructions on the item page.

1. Find the item of your interest, select "Add to Inquiries" next to the item.
2. Enter quantity below the preferred size. Update Card if done shopping, Submit Inquiry.
3. Complete the form then click the Submit button. A sales representative will contact you to obtain or provide additional information.

Can I Provide My Own Shirt orGarments?

You may provide your own shirt or garments. Please contact us or use the customer quote page and give us the detail of your order. We will be happy to get back to you.
